摘  要:目的探讨静脉用药调配中心危害药品调配过程中职业暴露的风险因素,拟定针对性防范对策。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月静脉用药调配中心危害药品调配的59名工作人员为研究对象,其中16名在调配过程中发生职业暴露,收集工作人员相关资料、自制测试问卷、操作测评分数,将其录入统计学软件进行单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,文化水平、危害药品防护知晓率、是否按照标准化操作流程、是否严格执行佩戴防护器具、职业暴露后处理是否规范是危害药品调配过程中发生职业暴露的相关因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,危害药品防护知晓率不合格、未严格执行佩戴防护器具、高危药品调配操作不规范、未按照标准化操作流程是危害药品调配过程中发生职业暴露的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论针对高危药品危害实施相应课程培训,以免工作人员在危害药品调配过程中发生职业暴露。Objective To explore the risk factors of occupational exposure during the process of the disposal of hazardous drugs in intravenous drug dispensing center,and to formulate targeted preventive countermeasures.Methods We selected 59 staff members who were from the hazardous drug deployment of the intravenous drug distribution center from June 2017 to June 2019 as a study object,of which 16 had occupational exposure during the deployment process.The relevant staff information,self-made test questionnaires,and operations assessment scores were collected and entered into statistical software for univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the educational level,awareness rate of hazardous drug protection,compliance with standardized operating procedures,strict implementation of wearing protective equipment,and standardization treatment after occupational exposure,which were the relevant factors for occupational exposure during the process of the disposal of hazardous drugs(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the unqualified awareness rate of hazardous drug protection,failure to strictly implement wearing protective equipment,irregular operation of high-risk drugs,and failure to follow standardized operating procedures were independent risk factors for occupational exposure during the process of hazardous drug deployment(P<0.05).Conclusion The corresponding courses for high-risk drug hazards should be implemented to prevent workers from occupational exposure during the process of hazardous drug deployment.
