摘　　要：目的探究给予早产儿以家庭为中心护理干预对其早期生长发育、家长照顾能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的100例早产儿为研究对象,利用电脑双盲法将其等分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心护理,比较两组早产儿的体格发育、智能发育情况及其家长照顾能力。结果观察组早产儿的体格发育、智能发育评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿家长照顾能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心护理干预能够有效地促进早产儿早期生长发育,提高其家长照顾能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of family-centered nursing interventions on early growth development and parental care ability in premature infants.Methods To 100 cases of preterm infants admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as a study object.They were divided into observation group and control group by computer double-blind method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family-centered nursing.The physical and intellectual development of premature infants and their parental care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The physical and intellectual development of premature infants in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental care ability score of preterm infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered nursing intervention could effectively promote the early growth and development of premature infants and improve their parental care ability,which was worth popularizing.
