摘　　要：科研事业单位是由政府利用国有资产设立的从事科学技术研究等公益活动的社会服务组织。大型科学仪器设备是自然科学类科研事业单位支撑科学研究及各项技术服务的基础和必备条件,同时也是标志性的国有固定资产。因此,加强对科学仪器设备资产的科学管理,特别是针对其中的关键环节管理,是更好地利用和发挥科技资源优势、提升仪器设备使用效率的重要保障。作者基于自身实践,探讨了在科学仪器设备资产的选型、采购、入库、确值、日常使用乃至处置等重要环节的科学管理经验,强调要充分发挥监督管理职能,确保国有资产万无一失。The assets of public scientific research institutions belong to the state.The scientific asset management key link of scientific instrument and equipment in scientific research institutions,including the model selection,purchase,warehouse entry,value certification,daily use and disposal,etc.are discussed in detail in this paper and the function of supervision must be given full play to ensure the safety of state-owned assets is emphasized.
