双道原子荧光法同时测定云母钛珠光颜料中痕量砷和汞

摘　　要：采用混合酸(6mL盐酸,2mL硝酸和5mL氢氟酸)消解云母珠光颜料样品,在消解液中加入硫脲溶液后,以双道原子荧光法同时测定了样品中痕量砷和汞。砷和汞的线性范围分别为0.5~10μg/L和0.1~2.0μg/L,相关系数为0.9993和0.9997,检出限为0.0215μg/L和0.0035μg/L。两个水平加标回收率测试结果为84.4~102.5%。实际样品中砷和汞的含量分别为1.4777mg/kg和0.0162mg/kg,对实际样品平行测定7次,荧光强度的相对标准偏差分别为4.28%和5.84%。两元素同时测定可以提高分析效率,节省化学试剂,测量效果令人满意。The mica titanium pearlescent pigment was digested with mixed acid which including 6 mL hydrochloric acid,2 mL nitric acid and 5 mL hydrofluoric acid.After adding thiourea into the sample solution,the trace arsenic and mercury were determined simultaneously by double-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The linear ranges of arsenic and mercury were 0.5-10μg/L and 0.1-2.0μg/L.The correlation coefficients were 0.9993 and 0.9997,and the detection limits were 0.0215μg/L and 0.0035μg/L.The recoveries of the two spiked levels were 84.4%-102.5%.The actual samples were determined in parallel for 7 times,the relative standard deviations of fluorescence intensity of arsenic and mercury were4.28%and 5.84%,respectively.And the contents of arsenic and mercury in sample were 1.4777 mg/kg and 0.0162 mg/kg,respectively.
