放置时间及温度对尿渗透压检测的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标本放置时间和温度对尿渗透压检测结果的影响,规范临床标本的留取及保存。方法利用全自动冰点渗透压测定仪测定60例北京协和医院门诊患者的尿液标本。尿液置于室温、4℃、-20℃条件下分装保存,分别于0、2、4、8、12、24、36、48、60、72 h各测量一次尿渗透压值,比较渗透压值得变化情况。结果室温放置时,尿渗透压0 h测定结果与8 h内测定结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);4℃放置时,尿渗透压0 h测定结果与48 h内测定结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);-20℃放置时,尿渗透压0 h测定结果与72 h内测定结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液标本室温放置超过8 h会影响渗透压值,室温放置时要在8 h内检测;4℃放置时要在48 h内检测;-20℃放置时72 h内检验结果仍然无显著变化。Objective To investigate the influence of storage time and preserving temperature on urine osmotic pressure and standardize clinical specimen collection and preservation.Methods A total of 60 cases urine specimens were determined by freezing point osmometer of Peking union medical college hospital outpatients.The urine specimens were classified and stored in different temperatures and determined at 0,2,4,8,12,24,36,48,60,72 h respectively.Results There was no significant difference of urine osmotic pressure at the room temperature in 8 hours and at 4℃in 48 hours and-20℃in 72 hours(P>0.05).Conclusion Urine specimens placed at room temperature for more than 8 hours will affect the measured value.Urine osmotic pressure should be performed in 8 hours at room temperature or 48 hours at 4℃.The urine osmotic pressure will not be affected preserved in 72 hours at 20℃.
