摘  要:远程影像诊断是医疗资源再分配的有效方式,临床上受到越来越多的关注。由于影像诊断复杂且影像数据体量较大,远程影像诊断的应用和发展受制于资深医生资源的配合以及传统IPv4网络的网络质量。为此,设计开发一套基于IPv6的医学影像在线诊断系统,使用IPv6高速专用通道传输医学影像数据。以脑胶质瘤为切入点,利用影像组学研发自动分析算法,辅助医生的诊断工作,实现了工程化的数据上传、病灶标注、自动诊断、医生确诊及病例讨论。经部署和测试,该系统能在IPv6环境下实现数据的高速传输,脑胶质瘤自动分级的准确率达到90.76%,能够为医生诊断提供可靠的依据,减少医生工作量。Telemedicine is an effective way to redistribute medical resources in China,and more and more clinical attention has been paid to it.The contradiction between the huge amount of image transmission and the poor quality of traditional IPv4 networks hinders the development of telemedicine.To this end,this paper designed and developed a medical image online diagnosis system based on IPv6,using IPv6 high-speed dedicated channel to transmit medical image data.We took glioma as the entry point,and used radiomics to develop automatic analysis algorithms to assist doctors in the diagnosis.It achieved engineering data upload,lesion annotation,automatic diagnosis,doctor diagnosis and case discussion.After deployment and testing,the system can achieve high-speed data transmission in the IPv6 environment;the accuracy of automatic grading of glioma is 90.76%,which can provide a reliable basis for doctors diagnosis and reduce the workload of doctors.
