基于多层次结构的高校教代会提案管理信息系统设计与实现

摘　　要：提案工作是高校在发展道路上自我总结并改进发展的重要手段。针对高校提案工作开发的提案管理信息系统不同于传统办公信息化的要求,具有提案流程复杂、参与角色众多、权限区分严格等诸多特点。根据高校提案工作的特点,以响应式Web设计、多层次结构搭建,以统一身份认证、统一授权管理为依托,并运用节点关联和标签替换等关键技术,设计并开发的提案系统具备可扩展性、易用性等特点,填补了学校提案系统信息化、智能化的空白。The proposal work is an important means for colleges and universities to self-summarize and improve their development on the road of development.The proposal MIS(Management Information System)developed for proposal work in colleges and universities is different from the requirements of traditional office informationization.It has many characteristics,such as complicated proposal process,numerous participation roles,strict distinction of authority and so on.According to the characteristics of proposal work in colleges and universities,we rely on the responsive Web design,multi-layer structure architecture,unified identity authentication and unified authorization management.We applied key technologies such as node association and label replacement to design and develop the proposal MIS which had the characteristics of expansibility and ease of use.It fills the gap of informatization and intellectualization of the proposal MIS in colleges and universities.
