中国游客赴欧洲旅游安全感知事件空间特征研究

摘　　要：搜集2013年6月至2018年6月中国大陆游客赴欧洲旅游游记,利用社会网络分析法,探讨并刻画中国游客安全感知事件的空间网络结构特征。研究发现:(1)中国游客赴欧洲旅游安全感知事件数量分布差距明显,气候多变、被宰受骗和文化习俗差异为高频游客安全感知事件内容。(2)游客安全感知事件区域分布呈现空间集聚性特征,乌克兰、法国和希腊是游客安全感知事件高重灾区,匈牙利、比利时则为游客安全感知事件的相对沉寂区。(3)旅游目的地游客安全感知事件的发生频次和类型数量存在正相关趋势,各旅游目的地之间的旅游安全感知事件趋同性与异质性并存,遭遇抢劫、被宰受骗为普遍性游客安全感知事件。建议政府加强事件的事前预警与事后管控;企业为游客提供安全保障;游客自身应增强安全意识、提高安全防范技能。Taking the perception of Chinese tourists’travel safety in Europe as an example,and used social network analysis methods to analyze and characterize the spatial network structure of Chinese tourists’security perception.The main findings are as follows:(1)During the process of Chinese tourists visiting Europe,there is a“digital divide”in the distribution of tourists’perception of security.The climate changing,being deceived and cultural differences are the high-frequency tourists’perception of security.(2)The regional distribution of tourists’perception of security presents spatial agglomeration characteristics.Ukraine,France and Greece are high-risk areas for tourists’perception of safety.(3)There is a positive correlation between the frequency of occurrence and the number of types of safety perception behaviors of tourists in tourism destinations.The convergence of tourism safety perception behaviors between different destinations coexists and heterogeneity,encountering robbery,being slaughtered and being deceived are universal tourist safety.This study analyzes the safety perception structure of Chinese tourists to Europe,and believes that the government should strengthen the pre-warning and post-event control of events,enterprises should provide security for tourists,tourists should enhance their safety awareness and improve their safety and prevention skills.
