摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性硬膜下积液(TSE)部位数量、积液时间与人格改变的关系。方法:对143例单纯性TSE被鉴定人进行性别、年龄、文化程度、积液部位数量、积液脑区以及积液时间分组,并进行慢性脑器质性人格改变评定量表测量,分析被鉴定人性别、年龄、文化程度、积液部位、积液脑区、积液时间对TSE人格改变的影响。结果:①TSE人格改变在性别及年龄上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在文化程度上的差异无统计学意义(P=0.318)。②TSE人格改变在积液部位数量、积液脑区及积液时间上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③TSE人格改变与积液部位数量、积液时间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:TSE可引起一定程度的人格改变,该人格改变主要与积液部位数量、积液时间相关,积液时间<30 d的TSE人格改变不明显。Objective:To observe the relationship between the location and duration of traumatic subdural effusion(TSE)and personality changes.Methods:143 victims with simple TSE undergoing medicolegal expertise were grouped by the gender,age,educational background,the number of effusion site,location in cerebral hemisphere and effusion duration,and received measurement with chronic brain organic personality change rating scale to evaluate the impact of the gender,age,educational background,the number of effusion site,location in cerebral hemisphere and effusion duration on the personality changes.Results:The difference was significant in personality changes pertinent to the gender,age,the number of effusion site,location in cerebral hemisphere and effusion duration following TSE(all P<0.05),yet insignificant by educational level(P=0.321).Personality changes were positively associated with the number of effusion sites and effusion duration of TSE(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traumatic subdural effusion can cause personality changes,and is related to the number of effusion sites and effusion duration.However,the changes are somewhat cloudy in victims with TSE less than 30 days.
