摘　　要：压疮是临床常见病,因其病因复杂、病机多变、虚实夹杂,常经久不愈,且严重时还会因继发感染导致败血症而危及患者生命-皮肤再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment,MEBT/MEBO)是治疗压疮的有效方法之一,其能够提高压疮创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,降低医疗费用,减少医疗资源消耗。大量研究显示,MEBT/MEBO治疗压疮的作用机制可能与其能够调控MAPK信号通路、ERK1/2信号通路及多种炎症因子水平等有关,但尚不明确、遂笔者查阅大量相关文献,对近年来MEBT/MEBO治疗压疮的研究进展进行了综述,以期为压疮的基础研究与临床治疗提供参考。Pressure sore,as a common disease in clinical practice,has complex etiological factors,uncertain pathogenesis and is manifested as intermingled deficiency and excess,so it often lasts for a long time.In severe cases,it may lead to sepsis when secondary infection occurs,endangering patient’s life.Moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment(MEBT/MEBO)is one of the most effective treatments for pressure sores.It can improve wound healing rate,shorten wound healing time,thereby reducing medical expenses and the consumption of medical resources.Many studies have shown that its mechanism may lies in that it can regulate MAPK signaling pathway,ERKI/2 signaling pathway and levels of various inflammatory factors,but such a conclusion has not been confirmed yet.In this study,the authors investigated a lot of related literature to review the research progress of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of pressure sores,with the aim of providing reference for the basic research and clinical treatment of pressure sores.
