摘 要:文章介绍了轮胎均匀性的产生原因、分类及评价方法。研究了轮胎均匀性对整车低频、中频和高频振动噪声的影响。结合轮胎的实际生产,详细分析了轮胎各生产工艺环节对轮胎均匀性的影响。运用相关理论,分析和解决了两个轮胎均匀性噪声的实际问题。This paper illustrates the root causes, classifications and evaluation methods for tire uniformity. The influences of tire uniformity on vehicle noise and vibration have been deeply studied, regarding low frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency. Based on tire production, make detail analysis of Uniformity influencing factors for the whole production process. Applying the theory of this paper to successfully analyze and solve two tire noise problems caused by tire uniformity problem.
