摘 要:针对某SUV所实际发生的起步或倒车过程中发出的金属噪声,这种金属噪声在过去并不普遍,一般可以通过在等速驱动轴与轮毂轴承配合端面涂抹减摩涂层解决。但某SUV为了改善制动抖动问题,在轮毂轴承上增加了冷成型的铆压翻边结构,这种铆压翻边结构可以为轮毂轴承提供夹紧力,但改变了轮毂轴承与等速驱动轴配合端面的配合关系。这实际上使系统对激励更加敏感。文章解释了激励背后的物理机制,并定义了影响激励的参数,通过优化这些参数成功解决了起步噪声问题,为同类问题的解决提供参考。The metal noise emitted by an SUV during the actual starting or reversing process, this metal noise was not common in the past and generally can be solved by applying anti-friction coating on the drive shaft and hub bearing matching face. However, in order to improve the braking jitter problem, riveting pressure flanging structure was added on the hub bearing, the riveting flanging structure can provide clamping force for hub bearing, but it changes the relationship between hub bearing and drive shaft mating surface. This actually makes the system more responsive to incentives. This paper explains the physical mechanism behind the excitation and defines the parameters that affect the excitation, by optimizing these parameters, the problem of starting noise solved successfully.
