摘　　要：回顾性分析“和谐使命-2017”海外医疗援助中医院船病理医疗任务的完成情况,分析工作存在的问题及针对医院船任务特点改进病理工作的成效。在医疗服务期间,病理标本送检率为58.86%;病理诊断新增耳鼻喉科标本和小标本检查及诊断;改进冰冻制片和染色过程,有效地缩短病理操作时间;为提升医院船上病理诊断质量,建立并验证海陆远程会诊及后方基地三级病理检诊的工作成效;并对改善医院船病理工作室环境提出整改措施。This study aims to retrospectively analyze the accomplishment of the pathological medical tasks in overseas medical assistance during Mission Harmony 2017,and analyze the existing problems in the work and the effect of improving the pathological work according to the characteristics of hospital ship task.During the medical service period,the pathological examination rate was 58.86%.The otolaryngology specimens and small specimens were added for the pathological examination and diagnosis.The process of frozen sections and staining was improved to shorten the operation time effectively,and the pathological operation time was effectively shortened.In order to improve the quality of pathological diagnosis on hospital ship,sea-land teleconsultation and rear base tertiary diseases were established and validated.The improvement measures to improve the environment of pathological studio of hospital ship were put forward.
