摘　　要：文章聚焦我国西部地震高发地区,并基于2013年“4·20”四川芦山地震大规模创伤进行持续性调查研究。通过对地震重灾区6个重灾乡镇26个村5165名灾区居民入户调查与大规模创伤相关数据进行深入挖掘,探索地震重灾区居民创伤发生机理与变化趋势,为医疗救援制定救援策略提供理论依据。The research focuses on the high-incidence areas of earthquakes in western China,and carries out continuous investigation and research based on the large-scale trauma caused by the“4·20”earthquake in Lushan,Sichuan in 2013.Based on the household survey and large-scale trauma-related data of 5165 residents in 26 towns and villages in the severely affected areas,the mechanism and trend of trauma among residents were explored to provide theoretical basis for the development of medical rescue strategies.
