摘　　要：目的完善医院药品运营管理模式,降低廉政风险。方法基于本院对药品的准入、采购、监管进行“三位一体、三权分立”管理模式的实践,通过态势分析(SWOT)对该管理模式进行分析,评价此模式的效果,并持续改进。结果“三位一体、三权分立”药品运营管理模式发挥药品管理专业化等优势,面临管理环节多等劣势,面临药师转型等政策导向机遇,同时也面临带量采购等挑战。医院按照新的模式进行药品运营管理,有效提升药品管理效率、降低药占比、规范抗生素使用。结论“三位一体、三权分立”药品管理模式开拓高效、透明、廉洁的药品管理实践,发挥内部相互制衡和监督作用,该药品管理改革新举措使现代医院管理更加精益。Objective To improve hospital pharmaceutical management and reduce the risk of integrity.Methods“Trinity and Separation of three powers”was practiced on the basis of drug accessing,procurement,and regulatory.This paper analyzed the mode through SWOT analysis and evaluates the effect of this model.Results The new model played the advantages of purchasing management,faced many disadvantages such as more links in management,faced policy-oriented opportunities such as transformation of pharmacists,as well as challenges such as bulk purchasing with quantity.The hospital effectively improved the efficiency of drug management,reduced the drug proportion,and regulated the use of antibiotics.Conclusion The new model had opened up efficient,transparent and clean drug management,and had played a role in internal checks and supervision.The new drug management reformed measures had made modern hospital management improved.
