摘 要:以港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管预制全断面液压模板体系为研究背景,选取全断面液压内模为研究对象,通过Midas-civil建立线弹性数值分析模型,分析面板厚度、横肋间距及构件截面尺寸对内模变形的影响。分析结果表明,全断面液压内模构件截面抗压刚度EA和弯曲刚度EI对内模变形的影响较大,且弯曲刚度EA与最大变形量之间线性相关。Based on research background of the full-section hydraulic formwork system for immersed tube prefabrication of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project,the full-section hydraulic internal mould was selected as the object of study.Through Midas-civil,the linear elastic numerical analysis model was established to analyze the influence of the panel thickness,intercostal space and component section size on internal mold deformation.The results show that the compression stiffness EA and bending stiffness EI of the full-section hydraulic internal mould have great influence on the deformation of the internal mould.And the bending stiffness EA is related to the maximum deformation.
