摘  要:传统商业文化是传统商业实践中形成的关于商业思想、商业品质、商业理念与策略的集中概括,在其初创、变异、蜕变与超越的发展演进中,形成了义利统一、诚实守信、以和为贵和因奇制胜等核心价值。高等商科院校以文化人要注重资源挖掘与阐发融入、情感共鸣与价值引领、文化思考与创新转化,以更好地提升商业文化自觉与自信,彰显商业主体责任与担当,丰富商业文化内涵与思想。Traditional business culture is a concentrated summary of business ideas,business quality,business philosophy and strategies and has developed the core values of righteousness-interest unity,honesty and trustworthiness,harmony above everything else and winning by surprise in the development and evolution of its origination,variation,transformation and transcendence.The cultural persons in business colleges should pay attention to the integration of resources mining and elucidation,emotional resonance and value guidance,cultural thinking and innovative transformation so as to better enhance the consciousness and confidence of business culture,highlight the responsibilities and responsibilities of business subjects,and enrich the connotation and ideas of business culture.
