摘　　要：农村政治生态是农村政治生活和政治发展环境的综合体现,构筑了乡村治理的环境基础,优良的政治生态使各政治要素处于协调共生的动态平衡状态。场域(field)、权力(power)和技术(technology)构成了农村政治生态优化的概念体系和逻辑主线,场域维度表明农村政治生态优化的“环境在场”,强调“空间再造”;权力维度表明农村政治生态优化的“主体在场”,强调“个体规训”;技术维度表明农村政治生态优化的“工具在场”,强调“技术赋权”。农村政治生态优化的发展方向或落地化实现亦应基于FPT逻辑框架,从“公共能量场”营造、微观性权力规训和数字治理体系建构三个“基面”提出针对性策略,旨在净化农村政治环境,促进政治生态系统的良性运行。Rural political ecology is the comprehensive embodiment of rural political life and political development environment,which has built the environmental basis for rural governance.The excellent political ecology makes all political elements in the state of dynamic balance of coordination and symbiosis.Field,power and technology constitute the conceptual system and logic main line of rural political ecological optimization.Field dimension indicates the“environmental presence”of rural political ecological optimization and emphasizes the“spatial reconstruction”.The power dimension indicates that the rural political ecology is optimized by the“presence of the main body”,emphasizing the“individual discipline”;The technical dimension indicates the“tool presence”of rural political ecology optimization and emphasizes the“technology empowerment”.The development direction or implementation of the optimization of rural political ecology should also be based on the FPT logical framework,and targeted strategies should be proposed from the three“bases”of“public energy field”construction,microcosmic power discipline and digital governance system construction,aiming at purifying the rural political environment and promoting the benign operation of the political ecosystem.
