摘 要:蛋白质是由氨基酸(AAs)组成的对细胞生命至关重要的大分子。在高分解代谢刺激下,蛋白质的分解增加,临床表现为肌少症、低蛋白血症、贫血、感染、液隔改变等。因此,通过适当的测量和治疗,识别和治疗蛋白质代谢障碍是改善急慢性高分解性炎症性疾病患者预后的临床策略。文章系统的阐述了蛋白代谢和AAs在高分解代谢综合征(HPD)中的作用,演示了简单、廉价、可重复和全球可用的识别方法,为HPD的营养治疗提供科学依据。Proteins are macro-molecules crucial for cell life, which are made up of amino acids(AAs). The biochemical consequence of hyper-catabolism is protein disarrangement, clinically evident with signs such as sarcopenia, hypalbuminemia,anaemia, infection, and altered fluid compartmentation, etc. Therefore, identification and treatment of proteins’ metabolic impairment with appropriate measurements and therapy is a clinical strategy that can improve the prognosis of patients with acute/chronic hypercatabolic inflammatory disease. Here, we describe the role metabolism of protein and AAs in hypercatabolic syndrome, illustrating the clinical impact of protein disarrangement and also illustrate simple, cheap, repeatable, and worldwide available measurements to identify these conditions in order to provide scientific evidence for HPD nutritional treatment.
