摘 要:以46个蒙古沙棘(Hippopha rhamnoides subsp.mongolica Rousi)品种(品系、优系)和6个中国沙棘与蒙古沙棘的杂交品系(优系)(H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis×subsp.mongolica)为研究样本,采用优化的LC-MS/MS法对各样本叶片、果肉和种子中黄酮类成分进行检测,并对52个样本不同器官中黄酮类成分含量的差异进行比较和分析。结果显示:异鼠李素、槲皮素、山柰酚、表没食子儿茶素、芦丁、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、木犀草素和柚皮苷8个黄酮类成分在供试样本叶片中均可检出,但果肉和种子中黄酮类成分组成存在差异;除山柰酚外,其余7个成分均可从果肉中检出,但部分样本果肉仅含其中的3~6个成分,且大多数样本果肉不含没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯;从种子中虽然检出8个黄酮类成分,但所有样本种子仅含有其中的3~7个成分,且大多数样本种子不含山柰酚和木犀草素。供试52个样本叶片中芦丁、槲皮素、表没食子儿茶素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量较高,分别为33.806~195.783、24.725~161.888、4.611~110.501、3.640~13.508和1.301~26.923μg·g-1;果肉中芦丁、槲皮素、表没食子儿茶素和异鼠李素的含量较高,分别为12.510~136.558、5.451~19.932、1.688~3.738和0.160~9.601μg·g-1;种子中表没食子儿茶素、芦丁、槲皮素和异鼠李素的含量较高,分别为4.661~31.488、3.306~55.204、5.121~15.149和0.386~11.175μg·g-1;叶片、果肉和种子中黄酮类成分的总含量分别为105.384~341.698、16.294~152.129和8.771~73.360μg·g-1,以叶片中黄酮类成分的总含量最高。供试52个样本不同器官中8个黄酮类成分含量存在不同程度的变异,变异系数为1.421%~101.211%。蒙古沙棘品种(品系、优系)叶片、果肉和种子中黄酮类成分的总含量之和显著高于中国沙棘与蒙古沙棘的杂交品系(优系)。综合分析结果表明:供试52个沙棘品种(品系、优系)叶片、果肉和种子中黄酮类成分的组成和�Taking 46 cultivars(strains,superior lines)of Hippopha rhamnoides subsp.mongolica Rousi and 6 hybrid strains(superior lines)of H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis×subsp.mongolica as research samples,flavonoid constituents in leaf,pulp,and seed of each sample were detected by optimized LC-MS/MS method,and the differences in contents of flavonoid constituents in different organs of 52 samples were compared and analyzed.The results show that 8 flavonoid constituents of isorhamnetin,quercetin,kaempferol,(-)-epigallocatechin,rutin,(-)-gallocatechingallate,luteolin,and naringin can be detected in leaf of all test samples,but the composition of flavonoid constituents is different in pulp and seed;except kaempferol,other 7 flavonoid constituents can be detected in pulp,but pulp of some samples only contains 3-6 constituents of them,and pulp of most samples does not contain(-)-gallocatechingallate;although 8 flavonoid constituents can be detected in seed,but seed of all samples only contains 3-7 constituents of them,and seed of most samples does not contain kaempferol and luteolin.Contents of rutin,quercetin,(-)-epigallocatechin,kaempferol,and isorhamnetin in leaf of 52 test samples are relatively high,which are 33.806-195.783,24.725-161.888,4.611-110.501,3.640-13.508,and 1.301-26.923μg·g-1,respectively;contents of rutin,quercetin,(-)-epigallocatechin,and isorhamnetin in pulp are relatively high,which are 12.510-136.558,5.451-19.932,1.688-3.738,and 0.160-9.601μg·g-1,respectively;contents of(-)-epigallocatechin,rutin,quercetin,and isorhamnetin in seed are relatively high,which are 4.661-31.488,3.306-55.204,5.121-15.149,and 0.386-11.175μg·g-1,respectively;total contents of flavonoid constituents in leaf,pulp,and seed are 105.384-341.698,16.294-152.129,and 8.771-73.360μg·g-1,respectively,and its total content in leaf is the highest.There are different degrees of variation in contents of 8 flavonoid constituents among different organs of 52 test samples with the coefficients of variation of 1.421%-101.211%.The sum of total c
