摘 要:在黄土隧道施工过程中,经常会遇到强度高于10MPa的泥岩,常规挖掘机械开挖速度慢。文中依托宝兰客专14标古城岭隧道和兰山隧道,通过现场试验对比钻爆法、破碎锤和铣挖机开挖,得出了采用铣挖机开挖具有施工速度快、对围岩扰动小、安全性高、开挖成型好、效率高等优点,对类似的隧道工程施工具有较强的指导意义。Mudstone with strength higher than 10 MPa often slow excavation speed of conventional excavators during the construction of loess tunnel. This article compared milling digging with other evacuation methods such as drilling and blasting method and crushing hammer, based on the project of Guchengling Tunnel and Lanshan Tunnel in the 14 th bid section of Passenger Dedicated Line of Baoji-Lanzhou. The resultshows that excavation by milling machine have greater effect, such as higher speed, smaller disturbance to surrounding rock, better structural safety, contour shape and efficiency. It has a strong guiding significance for similar tunnel construction.
