摘  要:亚磷酸二甲酯生产中精馏残液经过水解蒸馏得到亚磷酸,多次套用得到的亚磷酸残液,磷酸根与铁离子浓度高,无法生产合格的亚磷酸产品,需要进行铁离子及磷酸根离子的脱除。但其脱除难度很大,本工艺将亚磷酸生产过程的亚磷酸残液加氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,在紫外光照条件下加入双氧水进行催化氧化,然后加氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,得到相应磷酸盐产品。本技术解决了亚磷酸生产中亚磷酸母液反复套用后残液资源化利用问题,将亚磷酸残液这一危险废物转化成磷酸盐产品,不仅减少了处理费用,且很好地回收利用了磷资源。In the production of dimethyl phosphite,phosphite is obtained by hydrolyzing and distilling the distillation residue,and the phosphite residue obtained by repeated application has high concentration of phosphate and iron ion,so it is unable to produce qualified phosphite products,so the removal of iron ion and phosphate ion is required.However,it is very difficult to remove it.In this process,sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide is added to the residual solution of phosphite in the production process of phosphite,hydrogen peroxide is added under ultraviolet light for catalytic oxidation,and then sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide is added to obtain the corresponding phosphate products.The technology solves the problem of reusing the residual liquid after repeated application of the mother liquor of phosphite production.The hazardous waste phosphite residual liquid is transformed into phosphate product,which not only reduces the treatment cost,but also recovers and utilizes the phosphorus resource well.
