摘  要:目前,大部分稀土冶炼分离企业采用钙皂化,皂化废水中重金属、COD超标,一般采用石灰中和法除重(金属),活性炭吸附除油,针对此类废水,研究并提出钙皂化废水预处理后进行絮凝沉淀+吸附除油工艺,实验表明,该工艺能实现萃取废水经处理后重金属达到《稀土工业污染物排放标准》中规定的水污染特别排放限值和工业园区COD排放规定值。At present,most rare earth smelting and separation enterprises use calcium saponification,heavy metals and COD in saponification wastewater are exceeded,lime neutralization method is generally used to remove weight(metal),activated carbon adsorption and oil removal,for such wastewater.The flocculation and oil removal process of calcium saponification wastewater after pretreatment were studied.The extraction process can achieve the special discharge limit of water pollution and COD emission of industrial parks after the treatment of heavy metals.
