城镇污水厂电渗透污泥脱水的应用研究

摘　　要：城镇污水处理厂污泥是污水处理的产物,本文选址丹阳鹏鹞污水处理有限公司珥陵污水处理厂进行电渗透污泥脱水机的应用研究。结合小试的结论对电渗透污泥脱水机的操作参数进行研究,试验主要在于研究机械运行时的最佳电压设定值。通过电渗透污泥脱水机进行污泥脱水后可以有效的降低污泥含水率,且耗电量为50kW·h左右就可实现污泥含水率从76%降至60%。The sludge of urban sewage treatment plant is the product of sewage treatment.This paper selects Erling Sewage Treatment Plant of Danyang Pengyao Sewage Treatment Co.,Ltd.to study the application of electric osmosis sludge dehydrator.Combined with the conclusion of the small-scale test,the operation parameters of the electric osmosis sludge dehydrator are studied.The main purpose of the test is to study the optimal voltage setting value of mechanical operation.The water content of sludge can be effectively reduced after dewatering by electric osmosis sludge dehydrator,and the water content of sludge can be reduced from 76% to 60% when the power consumption is about 50 kW·h.
