摘  要:还原的钨粉晶体是从原始的氧化钨粉末中继承并在还原产物中留下的假晶体,制备超细钨粉时需要尽可能使假晶体得到细化。在超细钨粉生产时变化的氢气环境中,对氢气流量控制不能实际控制氢气还原气氛,炉内压力调节能够进行控制。本文将会重点讨论恒温下影响流速的通氢方向和炉内氢气压力两个方面对钨粉产品的影响。The reduced tungsten powder crystals are pseudocrystals inherited from the original tungsten oxide powder and left behind in the reduction products.When preparing ultrafine tungsten powder,it is necessary to refine the pseudocrystals as much as possible.In the changing hydrogen environment during the production of ultrafine tungsten powder,the control of hydrogen flow rate can not actually control the hydrogen reduction atmosphere.The pressure regulation in the furnace can be controlled.This paper will focus on the effects of the direction of hydrogen flow rate and the pressure of hydrogen in the furnace on tungsten powder products at constant temperature.
