摘　　要：为了填补当前国内高产牛TMR制备机研究的空缺,设计了一种牵引式TMR制备机,介绍了其主要结构组成及工作原理。为研究制备机工作性能,以混合均匀度和物料自然残留率为试验指标,采用筛分法和称重法对制备机的混合均匀度和物料自然残留率进行性能检测试验。试验结果表明,高产牛TMR制备机加工的全混合日粮的变异系数为3.56%,混合均匀度为96.44%,物料自然残留率为0.55%,满足高产牛食用要求。In order to fill the vacancy in the current research of domestic high-yield cattle TMR prep?aration machine,a traction type TMR preparation machine was designed,and its main structural com?position and working principle were introduced.In order to study the working performance of the prep?aration machine,the performance tests of the mixing uniformity and the natural residue rate of the ma?terial were carried out by sieving method and weighing method,taking the mixing uniformity and the natural residue rate of the material as the test indexes.The results showed that the coefficient of varia?tion(CV)was 3.56%,the mixing uniformity was 96.44%,and the natural residue rate was 0.55%,which met the requirements of high-yield cattle.
