摘  要:试验旨在研究添加不同含量的青贮香蕉茎叶粉对1~21 d四川白鹅生长性能、肠道发育和血清抗氧化性的影响。选用792只1日龄四川白鹅,随机分成6组,各组分别饲喂含青贮香蕉茎叶粉0%(对照组)、2%、4%、6%、8%和10%的玉米-豆粕型饲粮,试验期21 d。结果表明,相比对照组,饲粮中添加2%~8%青贮香蕉茎叶粉对四川白鹅生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05),添加10%组鹅生长性能显著低于其他组(P<0.05);添加8%组的肠道重量、长度、相对重量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);添加6%组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中青贮香蕉茎叶粉使用量不超过8%时,对1~21日龄四川白鹅生产性能无显著影响,并对肠道发育有较好的促进作用。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of silage banana stems and leaves pow?der feed on growth performance,intestinal development and serum antioxidant of 1~21 days old Sich?uan white geese.A total of 792 one-day-old Sichuan white geese were randomly divided into 6 groups.Each group were respectively fed a corn-soybean meal diet with silage banana leaf powder by 0%(con?trol group),2%,4%,6%,8% and 10%.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as fol?lows,the growth performance of adding 2%~8% silage banana leaf powder on Sichuan goose was not affected(P>0.05).The growth performance of 10%group was significantly(P<0.05)lower than other groups.The intestinal weight and length of 8% groups were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of the control group.The GSH-Px and MDA of 6% group were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those of the control group,and the content of SOD was significantly(P<0.05)lower than that of the control group.In conclusion,not more than 8% of silage banana leaf powder used in diet had no significant ef?fect on the growth performance of Sichuan white geese aged from 1 to 21 days,moreover it could pro?moted intestinal development.
