摘 要:研究主要探索凌云乌鸡0~6周龄日粮中代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白质(CP)及苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸(Phe+Tyr)的适宜水平,日粮代谢能水平设计为11.51、12.12 MJ/kg和12.73 MJ/kg;粗蛋白水平设计为19%、20%和21%;Phe+Tyr的水平设计为1.6%、1.8%和2.0%,试验采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计,选取1日龄健康状况良好、体重一致的凌云乌鸡母鸡540只,随机分为9组,每组3个重复,每重复20只,通过饲养试验和消化代谢试验以确定该阶段凌云乌鸡日粮最适的代谢能、粗蛋白质和苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸水平。试验结果表明:高能水平日粮显著降低了凌云乌鸡的料重比、血清白蛋白、血清尿素氮,其对能量、粗脂肪、钙、磷的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);随着日粮粗蛋白水平的提高,凌云乌鸡的日增重、对磷的表观消化率得到显著提高,料重比显著降低(P<0.05);除了中等Phe+Tyr水平日粮显著提高凌云乌鸡的平均日增重和血清尿素氮(P<0.05),日粮Phe+Tyr水平对其它指标无显著影响。综上所述,0~6周龄凌云乌鸡日粮适宜代谢能、粗蛋白质和苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸组合为12.73 MJ/kg、19%、2%。This study was to explore the appropriate levels of metabolic energy(ME),crude protein(CP)and phenylalanine+tyrosine(Phe+Tyr)in diets of Lingyun chicken from 0 to 6 weeks old.The design was 11.51 MJ/kg,12.12 MJ/kg and 12.73 MJ/kg;The crude protein levels were designed to be 19%,20% and 21%;The Phe+Tyr levels were designed to be 1.6%,1.8% and 2.0%,the experiment was carried out with L9(34)orthogonal test design.540 Lingyun chicken hens with good health and weight were selected from 1 day old,randomly divided into 9 groups,3 replicates in each group,20 per replicate,through feeding trials and digestive and metabolic tests to determine the optimum meta?bolic energy,crude protein and phenylalanine+tyrosine levels in the Lingyun chicken diet at this stage.The results showed that the high metabolic energy level diet significantly reduced the feed-toweight ratio,serum albumin and serum urea nitrogen of Lingyun chicken,and its apparent digestibility of energy,ether extract,calcium and phosphorus increased significantly(P<0.05).With the increase of dietary crude protein level,the daily weight gain and apparent digestibility of phosphorus in Lingyun chickens were significantly increased,and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05);The diet was significantly im?proved except for the medium Phe+Tyr level.The average daily gain of Lingyun chicken and serum urea nitrogen(P<0.05),the diet Phe+Tyr level had no significant effect on other indicators.In summary,the suitable metabolic energy,crude pro?tein and Phe+Tyr combination of Lingyun chicken diet at 0~6 weeks old were 12.73 MJ/kg,19%,2%.
