日粮添加苜蓿草粉和玉米酒糟对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：为研究饲料中添加不同水平的粗纤维对肉鸡生产性能和经济效益的影响,选取2400只7日龄的AA白羽商品肉鸡,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复100只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组饲喂添加1%、2%、3%的苜蓿草粉和玉米酒糟,将两种等比例混合后进行饲喂,试验期为35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,肉鸡的平均日采食量、平均日增重和末重Ⅰ组差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05),料重比试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),经济效益分别提高了21.5%、37.1%、15.8%;Ⅱ组的平均日采食量、平均日增重和末重与Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组相比,差异显著(P<0.05),料肉比和经济效益组间差异不显著(P>0.05);屠宰率Ⅲ组最高与其它组相比差异显著(P<0.05),全净膛率和半净膛率组间差异不显著;肌肉pH值、失水率、剪切力组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。白羽商品肉鸡饲粮中添加苜蓿草粉和玉米酒糟的等比例混合物,可以降低饲料成本,提高肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能,对肉鸡肉品质无明显影响,可以提高肉鸡养殖经济效益,最适宜添加量为4%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding different levels of crude fiber on the production performance and economic benefits of broilers.Two thousand and four hundred 7-day-old AA white feather commercial broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group,100 broilers in each repicate.The control group was fed a corn-soybean-based basal di?et,GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere fed a test diet supplemented with 1%,2%,3%of valerian powder and DDGS,mixed them together with the same ratio.The test period is 35 days.The results showed as fol?lows:compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and final weight of broilers were not significantly different in groupⅠ(P>0.05).GroupⅡand Ⅲ were signifi?cantly different(P<0.05),the difference in feed weight ratio was not significant(P>0.05).Economic benefits increased respectively by 21.5%,37.1%,and 15.8%.The average daily feed intake,average daily gain and dead weight of group Ⅱ were significantly different from those of groupⅠand groupⅢ(P<0.05),but the difference between the meat-to-meat ratio and the economic benefit group is not sig?nificant(P>0.05).The highest slaughter rate in group Ⅲ was significantly different from the oth?er groups(P<0.05).There was no significant dif?ference in whole net sputum rate and the half net sputum rate.There was no significant differ?ence in muscle pH value,water loss rate and shear force group(P>0.05).Based on the growth performance,the addition of a mixture of valerian powder and DDGS in the diet of white feather broil?er can reduce the feed cost,increase the average daily feed intake,average daily gain of broiler chick?ens and slaughter performance,but there is no significant effect on the quality of broiler chicken.It can improve the economic benefits of aquaculture.The optimum dosage is 4%.
