摘 要:对低焊接裂纹敏感性钢07MnNiMoDR的调质工艺和组织性能进行了研究.结果表明:实验钢淬火后能够获得铁素体+粒状贝氏体组织,大量的碳化物均匀弥散的分布在铁素体基体和晶界上,随着淬火温度的提高屈服强度提高,钢板厚度方向的组织差异性缩小.经600℃回火后,实验钢的屈服强度获得提高,抗拉强度基本不变,组织转变为碳化物+多边形铁素体,厚度方向上组织均匀性进一步缩小.经930℃淬火600℃回火后,实验钢厚度1/2处低温冲击韧性明显下降,此外经900℃淬火630℃回火后,实验钢厚度1/2处抗拉强度出现了不合格,其最佳的热处理生产工艺为900℃淬火+600℃回火.The microstructure properties after quenching and tempering process of low welding crack sensitivity steel 07MnNiMoDR were studied in this paper.The results showed that the mixed structure composed of ferrite and granular bainite was obtained and a lot of carbides were dispersed on ferrite matrix and grain boundary of the steel samples after quenching.The yield strength increases and microstructure differences in thickness direction is reduced with the increase of quenching temperature.After tempering at 600℃,the yield strength of the steel samples improved while the tensile strength is basically unchanged.The microstructures of the steel sample transform into carbide polygonal ferrite and the microstructure difference in thickness direction is further reduced.Low temperature impact toughness of the steel samples on 1/2 thickness after 930℃quenched and 600℃tempered is decreased obviously,tensile strength of tested steel on 1/2 thickness after 900℃quenched and 630℃tempered is unqualified,the optimum heat treatment process is quenching at 900℃and tempering at 600℃.
