摘 要:SBA-15(Santa Barbara Amorphous-15)具有较大的二维六方有序介孔、高比表面积和良好的水热稳定性,因而在吸附、催化、纳米反应器等领域表现出重要的研究和应用价值.为了更好地满足实际应用的需求,SBA-15的形貌控制就成为了一个重要的研究课题.因为影响形貌的因素很复杂,所以也是难点.本文选取较常见的棒状SBA-15为研究对象,重点关注棒状SBA-15在长度、宽度,以及纳米粒子可控制备方面的关键条件和过程,并通过实验再现了典型棒状SBA-15的制备;最后从棒状SBA-15控制原理出发,对棒状SBA-15制备所涉及的重要过程和条件也进行了简析和展望,希望能为关注和从事棒状SBA-15的制备和应用方面的研究者提供参考和助力.Due to the large 2d-hexagonal ordered mesopore size,high surface area and good hydrothermal stability,SBA-15 type mesoporous silicas have found versatile application in fields of adsorption,catalysis and nanoreactor,etc.To satisfy the requirements on application,the preparations of SBA-15s with controlled morphologies are of great importance and yet remain challenging in consideration of the complicated preparation parameters.This review targets the extensively researched SBA-15 rods by singling out some popular works.Based upon detailed description and comparison of the procedures and parameters,the preparations of SBA-15 rods and nanorods with controllable length and width are analyzed,importantly accompanied by some reproductions of typical works.Enlightened by the controlling principle of SBA-15 rods,important measures and tactics for SBA-15 rods were envisioned.This review is believed to provide aids to those that are interested in the controlled preparation and application of SBA-15 rods and SBA-15s as well.
