摘  要:为准确评估民用炉具的实际使用效果和污染排放水平,真实反映民用炉具燃烧全过程及全天的污染物排放特征,设计了一套便携式民用炉具污染排放现场测试系统。该系统通过空气稀释降低烟气的温度与污染物浓度,避免因为烟气温度与污染物浓度过高而损坏测试设备,具备实时获取气体污染物与颗粒物数据并分析的功能,具有体积小、操作简单、便于携带的优点,适合于现场应用。文章介绍了该系统的设计思路及结构,并对系统性能进行了评估。评估结果表明,该系统稳定性高、测量结果可靠。将该系统应用于民用采暖炉具燃烧生物质成型燃料污染排放的现场测试中,获得了可靠的大气污染物排放因子。One portable field measurement system was designed to accurately evaluate practical effect and the emission level of for household stoves, simultaneously, it was expected to could truly characterize the whole combustion process and diurnal emissions of household stoves by using the system. Lower smoke temperature and pollutants concentrations can be archived through air dilution system, this way could avoid damaging measurement equipment during sampling and testing for the household stoves. The real-time concentration data of gas pollutants and particulate matter can be simultaneously captured and analyzed for this system, furthermore, it is very small and suitable to carry outside for testing. The design principles and structure of the system were described in detail in this study. It was found that the system was stable and credible through performance measurements. The portable field measurement system was used to test pollutant emissions and obtain reliable pollutant emission factors for biomass combustion in household stoves.
