摘 要:目的探讨健康教育在计划免疫接种中的应用分析。方法将2018年1月-2019年1月在我院行计划免疫接种的300例儿童随机分为两组,对照组采用常规教育,观察组采用系统化健康教育,比较两组儿童的预防接种相关知识知晓率、接种后不良反应发生率。结果观察组在预防接种目的、疫苗预防何种相应传染病、儿童何时接种何种疫苗、接种疫苗禁忌证、疫苗接种前后注意事项、疫苗接种后不良反应、常见不良反应处理方法等知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在发热、皮疹、局部红肿硬化等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在计划免疫接种中的应用效果显著,能有效提升家长及儿童对计划免疫接种知识的掌握程度,降低接种后不良反应发生率,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the application of health education in planned immunization. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 300children who were inoculated in our hospital with planned immunization were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine education, and the observation group was given systematic health education. The awareness rate of relevant knowledge and the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in immunization has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the knowledge of immunization among parents and children, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination, and has positive clinical significance.
