精细化管理在专科医疗机构管理中的实践与思考

摘　　要：目的通过医院药占比控制实例探讨精细化管理在医疗质量管理中的应用。方法 2018年5月起,医院运用精细化管理理念与方法,多角度、多方式实施药占比综合干预措施,调取2017年5月1日-2019年4月30日的数据,比较干预前后药占比的变化。结果将干预前后的药占比数据进行统计分析,全院药占比下降3.72%,5个重点监控科室药占比平均下降4.122%,t=8.676,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论医院药占比控制实例通过融入精细化管理理念,依靠源头控制、过程控制、培训和奖惩等措施,药占比控制工作取得明显成效。基层医疗机构将精细化管理理念运用到医疗质量管理中,是促进合理用药、减少药品滥用,保障医疗质量与医疗安全,提高医院管理效能的重要手段。Objective With the example of hospital drug proportion control, We explore the application of refined management in medical quality management. Methods Since May 2018, the hospital has applied refined management concepts and methods, implemented multi-angle and multimethod comprehensive intervention measures, and collected data from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2019, comparing the changes of drugs proportion. before and after intervention. Results The statistical analysis of the drugproportion before and after intervention shows that the proportion of drug in the hospital decreased by 3.72%, and the proportion of the five key monitoring units decreased by 4.122%, t = 8.676, P<0.05, it’s statistically significant. Conclusion The hospital drug proportion control example has achieved remarkable results by incorporating the refined management concept and relying on source control, process control, training and rewards and punishments. The application of refined management concepts to medical quality management is an important means for promoting rational drug use, reducing drug abuse, ensuring medical quality and medical safety, and improving hospital management efficiency.
