摘　　要：目的研究男性不孕患者精液质量现状。方法参考《世界卫生组织人类精液检查与处理实验室手册》制定的标准,选取本地某院在2017年3月-2018年8月接诊的200例不育患者,分别使用常规检验与改良巴氏染色法检验其精子质量。结果通过研究发现,所有研究对象中,精液正常的患者有21例,占比为10.5%,余下的患者精液均出现异常。其中精液体积异常的患者有24例,精液pH值异常的患者有58例,精子浓度异常的患者有34例,前向运动精子百分率异常的患者有63例。并且年龄超过35岁组男性的精液体积、前向运动精子百分率、前向运动精子总数和其他组相比,明显下降,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过检查发现,本地区整体精液质量下降,且下降趋势和年龄增加呈正相关。Objective To study the status of semen quality in male infertility patients. Methods According to the standards set by the world health organization human semen examination and handling laboratory manual, 200 infertile patients in a local hospital from March 2017 to August 2018 were selected, using routine test and improved bar respectively. The sperm quality was tested by staining. Results Through the study, 21 patients were found to have normal semen, accounting for 10.5% of all subjects. The remaining patients had abnormalities in semen. Among them, there were 24 patients with abnormal semen volume, 58 patients with abnormal pH of semen, 34 patients with abnormal sperm concentration, and 63 patients with abnormal percentage of forward motor sperm. And the semen volume, the percentage of forward-moving sperm, and the total number of forwardmoving sperm in the men over 35 years old were significantly lower than those in the other groups, P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through examination, the overall semen quality in the region decreased significantly, and the decline trend was positively correlated with the increase in age.
