摘 要:目的探讨MOTOmed功能训练在创伤性膝关节僵硬患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月-2018年10月我院收治的创伤性膝关节僵硬患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各46例。对照组进行常规综合治疗,研究组在此基础上联合MOTOmed功能训练,两组均持续训练12周。比较两组训练前后膝关节活动度及膝关节功能改善情况。结果研究组训练后屈曲度、屈伸弧度、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MOTOmed功能训练在创伤性膝关节僵硬中具有良好的应用效果,能够改善关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of MOTOmed functional training in patients with traumatic knee stiffness. Methods 92 patients with traumatic knee stiffness admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive treatment, and the study group received MOTOmed functional training on this basis. Both groups received continuous training for 12 weeks. The range of motion and the improvement of knee joint function before and after training were compared between the two groups. Results The flexion, flexion and extension, knee joint score(HSS) of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion MOTOmed functional training has a good application effect in traumatic knee stiffness. It can improve the range of motion and promote the recovery of knee function.
