静注丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨连续静注丙种球蛋白辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的应用效果及有效率影响。方法选择2018年7月-2019年7月本院收治的小儿重症肺炎患儿76例,随机分普通组和治疗组,每组38例。其中普通组行常规治疗,治疗组在普通组基础上行连续静注丙种球蛋白治疗,比较两组临床指标改善时间及治疗总有效率。结果治疗组咳嗽缓解、体温恢复、肺部啰音消失、血气指标改善时间明显短于普通组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床治疗总有效率(94.74%)明显高于普通组(76.32%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将丙种球蛋白连续静注应用于小儿重症肺炎的辅助治疗,能缩短患者的恢复时间,促进患者早日康复,还能提高患儿的治疗有效率,实现显著的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect and efficiency of continuous intravenous gamma globulin in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia in children. Methods 76 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into normal group and treatment group, 38 cases in each group. The general group received routine treatment, while the treatment group received continuous intravenous gamma globulin therapy on the basis of the general group. The improvement time of clinical indicators and the total treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The time of cough relief, body temperature recovery, lung rale disappearance and blood gas improvement in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the general group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group(94.74%) was significantly higher than that in the general group(76.32%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous intravenous injection of gamma globulin in the adjuvant treatment of severe pneumonia in children can shorten the recovery time of patients, promote early recovery of patients, improve the treatment efficiency of children, achieve significant clinical efficacy.
