摘 要:目的探究乳果糖与小麦纤维素治疗妊娠期便秘的临床效果。方法本研究涉及对象为80例妊娠期便秘患者,研究时间为2018年3月-2019年3月,随机分为A组与B组,每组各40例,给予A组乳果糖治疗,给予B组小麦纤维素治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果与不良反应,使用统计学进行分析。结果 B组治疗有效率与A组相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。B组患者的不良反应发生率低于A组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论乳果糖与小麦纤维素均可用于妊娠期便秘患者的治疗,治疗效果均较好,而小麦纤维素不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lactulose and fiberform in the treatment of constipation during pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of constipation during pregnancy from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B, 40 cases in each group. Group A was treated with lactulose and group B with fiberform.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed by statistics. Results There was no significant difference between group B and group A(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Lactulose and wheat cellulose can be used in the treatment of patients with pregnancy constipation, the treatment effect is better, while wheat cellulose has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
