摘  要:目的探讨磁共振质子波谱技术应用于评价精神分裂症患者治疗效果中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月-2019年1月我院收治的96例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。所有患者进行精神分裂症治疗,治疗前后采用多体素1H-MRS检测患者前额叶、丘脑N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)、肌酸复合物(Cr)水平,并计算NAA/Cr值、Cho/Cr值,比较脑代谢指标的差异性。结果治疗后患者靶刺激潜伏期、靶刺激波幅、非靶刺激潜伏期、非靶刺激波幅均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);显效组患者左侧前额叶NAA/Cr变化值明显高于有效组与无效组(t=4.952,P<0.05),有效组指标同时明显高于无效组(t=3.848,P<0.05)。结论磁共振质子波谱成像技术能够有效评估精神分裂症患者治疗效果,评估患者疗效及认知功能变化情况。Objective To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance proton spectroscopy in evaluatingtreatment of schizophrenia patients. Methods 96 schizophrenic patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical Universitywere selected as the research objects from December 2017 to January 2019. Underwent general communitybased schizophrenia treatment,measured the levels of NAA, Cho and Cr in the prefrontal lobe, thalamus by multi-voxel 1 H-MRS before and after treatment, and calculated NAA/Cr value, Cho/Cr value, compared the differences of brain metabolic indexes. Results The latency of target stimulation, amplitude of target stimulation, latency of non-target stimulation and amplitude of non-target stimulation were all significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). The NAA/Cr changes in the left prefrontal lobe of the patients in the effective group were significantly higher than those in the effective group and the ineffective group(t=4.952, P<0.05), the index of effective group was significantly higher than that of invalid group(t=3.848, P<0.05). Conclusion It can effectively evaluate the therapeutic effect by magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging technology after the community-based treatment of schizophrenia patients, it can be widely used in the clinical.
