异氟醚复合瑞芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术的应用

摘　　要：目的分析异氟醚复合瑞芬太尼快通道麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法采用医学研究对比法,选取2018年4月-2019年4月我院收治的160例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机等分为参照组和试验组,给予参照组异氟醚单独麻醉,给予试验组复合瑞芬太尼快通道麻醉,分别对两组患者麻醉效果、心血管应激、手术疼痛进行对比统计。结果试验组麻醉优良率为97.50%(78/80)明显高于参照组麻醉优良率86.25%(69/80),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在心理健康指数、血浆内皮素水平、镇痛指数明显比参照组高(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术中异氟醚复合瑞芬太尼快通道麻醉具有确切的应用效果,同时能够促进患者心理及对心血管应激水平的显著提升、手术疼痛的显著减轻,此外具有较高的麻醉优良率,值得临床实施推广。Objective To analyze the application value of isoflurane combined with remifentanil fast-track anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 160 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. Isoflurane was given to the reference group alone, and remifentanil combined with fast-track anesthesia were given to the experimental group. The anesthetic effects, cardiovascular stress and operative pain between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent anesthesia rate of the experimental group was 97.50%(78/80) which significantly higher than the control group[86.25%(69/80)]. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The mental health index, plasma endothelin level and analgesic index of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Isoflurane combined with remifentanil fast-track anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery has definite application effect. It can also promote the psychological and cardiovascular stress level and relieve the pain of operation of patients. In addition, it has high rate of excellent anesthesia, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
