摘  要:目的分析优质护理服务在门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法随机收集本院门诊部开展优质护理前后患者作观察对象,门诊部于2018年4月开展优质护理服务工作,收集2018年5月-2019年3月开展护理活动后门诊患者77例作为观察组;同时,随机筛选2017年1月-2018年1月77例优质护理开展前门诊患者,设为对照组;比较两组患者门诊等候时间、护理工作满意度、门诊就诊焦虑心理评估等。结果研究显示,观察组护理满意度97.40%高于对照组70.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组门诊等候时间小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组门诊就诊护理后心理评估优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护理前心理评估对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论优质护理服务在门诊护理工作中开展推广,可有效提高患者门诊满意度,且缩短患者挂号、辅助检查等候时间,消除患者负面情绪。Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing service in outpatient nursing work. Methods The patients before and after high quality nursing in the outpatient department of the hospital were randomly collected for observation. The outpatient department were carried out high quality nursing service in April 2018. 77 outpatients after carried out nursing activities from May 2018 to March 2019 were collected as the observation group. At the same time, 77 outpatients before high quality nursing were randomly selected as the control group from January 2017 to January 2018. The waiting time of outpatient service, nursing job satisfaction, psychological evaluation of outpatient anxiety were compared. Results The study showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.40% higher than 70.13% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the waiting time of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the psychological evaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in psychological evaluation between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). Conclusion Promotion of high quality nursing service in outpatient nursing can effectively improve patients’ outpatient satisfaction, shorten waiting time for registration and auxiliary examination, and eliminate patients’ negative emotions.
