摘　　要：目的探讨网格化管理模式在病房管理中的应用,规范放置病房物品,提高病房管理质量,为患者提供舒适整洁的住院环境。方法2018年1月-12月成立网格化管理质量控制小组,制定病房管理标准,每月组织各病区网格质控人员及护士长进行自查与互查,比较应用网格化管理模式前后病房管理质量。结果应用网格化管理模式后1年,病房管理质量得分从(91.99±0.69)分提高到(98.81±0.29)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论运用网格化管理模式规范病房物品规范化放置,提高了病房管理质量,为患者提供整洁舒适的住院环境。Objective To explore the application of grid management mode in ward management, standardize the placement of ward items, improve the quality of ward management and provide a tidy and comfortable hospital environment for the patients. Methods From January to December 2018 the quality control group of grid management was established, ward management quality criterion was enacted, and the grid quality control personnel and head nurse of each ward were organized to conduct selfinspection and mutual inspection every month, compare the quality of ward management before and after the grid management mode was applied. Results With the application of grid management mode, the quality score of ward management increased from(91.99±0.69) points to(98.81±0.29) points after one year, The results indicated that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying grid management mode in ward management is effective to standardize the placement of ward items, improve the quality of the ward management, and provide a tidy and comfortable hospital environment for patients.
