新时代高职院校在精准脱贫中的作用与路径分析——以亳州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：精准脱贫是十九大报告中的关键词,也是党和国家亟待解决的重大课题。新时代条件下,精准脱贫也摆在了教育扶贫中的关键位置。高职院校在精准脱贫中应该如何发挥它的应有作用,如何成为国家脱贫中的攻坚力量,以实现教育和脱贫的双赢,那就需要高职院校根据党和国家扶贫工作的新要求,从自身办学优势、区域优势等方面采取切实可行的措施:如亳州职业技术学院实行精准招生、精准资助和精准就业等政策。高职院校针对自身的各种优势,有的放矢,把精准脱贫攻坚战进行到底,这是实现全面建成小康社会和“两个一百年”目标的需要,同时也是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的内在要求。Targeted poverty alleviation is a key word in the report of the 19th CPC national congress and a major issue demanding current settlement for the party and the country.In the new era,targeted poverty alleviation has also been put in the key position of education poverty alleviation.Forv ocational colleges,to play their due role in targeted poverty alleviation,and to become a key force in national poverty alleviation work so as to achieve double successes in both education and poverty alleviation,they need to meet with the new requirements of party and state poverty alleviation work,and to take practical measures based on their own advantages and regional advantages.Take Bozhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,it implements successfully the policy of precise admissions,precise financing and precise employment.Based on its various advantages,vocational colleges should have a clear aim and carry out the targeted poverty alleviation war to the end,which is the need to fulfil the goals of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the“two centenary objectives”,as well as the inherent requirement to realize the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.
