摘 要:能源的快速损耗已经成为世界性问题,各国已逐步把资源节约作为发展的首要工作。以此为背景,建筑节能首当其冲,而砌块自保温墙体因其轻质、保温、便捷、环保等优点被快速而广泛的应用在我国的建筑墙体施工中,发展成墙体保温的一个重要组成部分。文章为研究自保温墙体使用过程中相应冷桥效应,对工程实体中蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体进行冷桥试验研究,对构造柱与加气块交接部位的温度和热流密度进行实测,测算出相应的传热系数;通过有限元分析软件模拟构造柱部位的温度场,提取温度场分布图,最终确定冷桥的影响形式,并为构造优化选型提供参考。The rapid depletion of energy has become a worldwide problem.Countries have gradually made resource conservation the primary task of development.Based on this background,building energy efficiency bears the brunt.Block self-insulation wall is widely used in building wall construction in China because of its lightweight,heat preservation,convenience,environmental protection and other advantages.It has become an important part of wall insulation.In order to study the corresponding cold bridge effect in the process of using self-insulation wall,The cold bridge test of autoclaved aerated concrete block self-insulation wall in engineering entity is carried out.The temperature and heat flux density of the junction between the structural column and the aerated block are measured.The corresponding heat transfer coefficient is calculated.Through the finite element analysis software to simulate the temperature field of the construction column,extract the temperature field distribution map,and finally determine the influence form of the cold bridge,and provide a reference for structural optimization.
