捷诺达治疗血糖控制欠佳的老年2型糖尿病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨捷诺达治疗血糖控制欠佳的老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取该科2018年1月-2019年1月收治的血糖控制欠佳的老年2型糖尿病患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例,观察组给予捷诺达,对照组给予二甲双胍。结果治疗后观察组FBG、2 hPG、HbAlc等显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.7%,显著低于对照组15.4%(P<0.05)。结论捷诺达治疗血糖控制欠佳的老年2型糖尿病,可有效控制血糖,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Genoda on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients with poor glycemic control. Methods Seventy-eight elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had poor glycemic control from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 39 patients in each group. The observation group was given Genoda and the control group was given metformin. Results After treatment, FBG, 2 h PG and Hb Alc were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.7%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.4%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Genodar is effective in controlling blood glucose in elderly patients with poor glycemic control and is worthy of application.
