循证护理干预在糖尿病患者急救中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的细致分析糖尿病患者急救中采用循证护理干预的应用价值。方法抽选来自2018年1-11月期间在该院进行急救的糖尿病患者(62例),按照双色球盲选法将其分为对照组和观察组(各31例),对照组使用常规护理,观察组则使用循证护理干预,探索不同护理方式的应用价值。结果观察组相比于对照组,抢救成功率明显提升,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组相比于对照组,患者血糖指标明显较好,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理干预使用于糖尿病患者急救中,可提前抢救成功率,能够避免不良情况的发生。Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing intervention in first aid for diabetic patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetes mellitus(62 patients) who underwent first aid in the hospital from January to November 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into control group and observation group(31 cases each) according to the two-color ball blind selection method. For routine care, the observation group used evidence-based nursing intervention to explore the application value of different nursing methods. Results Compared with the control group, the success rate of rescue was significantly improved, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the blood glucose index of the observation group was significantly better, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention is used in the first aid of diabetes patients,which can save the success rate in advance and avoid the occurrence of adverse conditions.
