摘  要:为了解决因城市交叉口交通渠化中偏置右转车道长度设置不合理,导致右转车辆在交织分流区域与直行车辆冲突的问题,通过对偏置右转车道设置条件和红绿灯信号周期分析研究,运用排队论计算直行等待区信号周期内车辆排队长度以及常规状态下车辆制动距离,结合高密度状态下的车辆右转行为分析,提出了一种测算偏置右转长度的新算法。以淮安市承德南路与枚乘东路交叉口为例,借助VISSIM仿真,结果表明经该算法优化后的偏置右转车道长度能够减少车辆在该交叉口的延误时间,提高其通行效率,缓解拥堵问题,保证车辆运行环境的安全。The length of the offset right turn lane is unreasonable due to the traffic channelization at the intersection of the city,it causes the right-turning vehicle to collide with the straight-through vehicle in the interlaced and shunt area,in order to solve the problem,this paper analysis the setting conditions and the traffic signal period of the offset right turn lane,and use the queuing theory to calculate the vehicle queue length in the signal period and the vehicle braking distance in normal state.Based on the analysis of vehicle right-turn behavior in high density,a new algorithm for estimating the offset right-turn length is proposed.Taking the intersection of Chengde South Road and Meicheng East Road in Huai'an as an example,the VISSIM simulation shows that the length of the offset right turn lane optimized by the algorithm can reduce the delay time of the vehicle at the intersection,which improves traffic efficiency and alleviates congestion,ensuring the safety of the vehicle operating environment.
