五味消毒饮灌肠配合VLH-D仪治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨五味消毒饮加减灌肠配合VLH-D仪治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2018年12月在新余市妇幼保健院进行治疗的126例患者,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组、中药对照组、西药对照组,各42例。观察组五味消毒饮加减灌肠配合VLH-D仪治疗;中药对照组口服中药妇科千金胶囊治疗;西药对照组盐酸多西环素片治疗。比较3组患者的治疗效果和受孕率。结果观察组总有效率和受孕率均显著高于其余2组,P<0.05。结论五味消毒饮加减灌肠配合VLH-D仪治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效确切,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuwei Xiaodu drink enema combined with VLH-D instrument in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were collected.According to the different treatment schemes,they were divided into observation group,traditional Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu drink enema combined with VLH-D instrument.The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin capsule orally.Western medicine control group was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic effect and pregnancy rate of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups P<0.05.Conclusion Wuwei Xiaodu drink enema combined with VLH-D instrument is effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases,and has high application value.
