中医情志护理结合舒适护理对人工流产围术期焦虑情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的在育龄妇女人工流产术患者中采用中医情志护理结合舒适护理的方式,以观察其对患者手术焦虑情绪的影响。方法在门诊搜集80例育龄妇女人工流产手术的患者并随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。给予对照组患者常规护理,而试验组则采用常规护理结合中西医护理模式,观察2组患者进行不同护理干预前后的焦虑症状量表评分。结果试验组患者进行护理干预后焦虑量表评分降低(P<0.05),且评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理结合舒适护理更有助于育龄妇女人工流产术患者焦虑情绪改善,值得进一步推广应用和研究。Objective To evaluate the impaction of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with comfortable nursing on anxiety before and after abortion in women of childbearing age.Methods 80 cases of induced abortion in women of childbearing age were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing care mode on the basis of routine nursing care.Anxiety symptom scale scores of patients in the two groups before and after different nursing interventions were noted.Results The scores of anxiety scale in the experimental group decreased after nursing intervention(P<0.05),and the score of anxiety scale in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with comfortable nursing is more helpful to alleviate anxiety in women of reproductive age undergoing induced abortion.
