摘 要:矮牡丹作为油用牡丹品种选育的重要种质资源,具有重要的研究和利用价值,矮牡丹的生长发育和种子产量构成受生境条件和田间水肥管理措施的影响。采用二因素裂区试验设计,主区为遮阳处理:自然光、50%遮阳、75%遮阳,副区为不同施肥种类处理:不施肥(NF)、施用NPK复合肥(CF)、施用有机肥(OF),测定生长指标(叶长、叶宽、新梢条数、新梢长度、单株花数、花直径和花枝长度等)和种子产量构成指标(单株籽粒数量和百粒质量),研究不同光照强度及施肥种类对矮牡丹生长及种子产量的影响。结果表明,与自然光相比,不同程度遮阳处理对矮牡丹叶长、叶宽、新梢条数和长度等营养生长指标产生显著性影响,对花朵直径和花枝长度及种子产量构成影响也呈显著性差异;同时,不同施肥种类处理对矮牡丹生长及种子产量影响也呈显著性差异。适度遮阳(50%遮阳)和施肥(复合肥和有机肥)均能促进矮牡丹生长和种子产量增加。遮阳和不同施肥种类处理组合最佳条件为适度遮阳(50%遮阳)和追施NPK复合肥,在该处理组合条件下,矮牡丹的生长发育状况最好,种子产量最高。研究结果可为大田矮牡丹栽培管理和油用牡丹的新品系选育提供重要参考和科学依据。Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea was an important germplasm resources for the breeding of oil peony,which was a greatly research and utilization values.Growth development and seed yield of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea were influenced by habitat conditions and fertilization management practices in field.To explore the optimum habitat conditions and fertilization management for Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea,in this experiment,we conducted two factor split plot design,including shading of 0,50%,75%for main plots and fertilization of no-fertilization(NF),compound fertilizer(CF),organic fertilizers(OF)for sub-plots,and selected the growth and seed yield indicators.The growth indices included leaf length,leaf width,number and length of new shoots,seed yield indices included seed number of per plant and 100-seed quality.The effects of different light intensity and fertilization types on the growth and seed yield of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea were studied.The results showed that compared with natural light,shading treatment had significant difference in leaf length,leaf width,number and length of new shoots of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea growth stage,as well as significant difference in flower diameter,length of flower branch and seed yield component.Meanwhile,fertilization treatment had significant difference in growth and seed yield of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea.Moderation shading(50%shading)and fertilization(CF and OF treatments)could improve the growth and yield of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea.The optimal growth condition was moderate shading(50%shading)and compound fertilization(CF),which could optimum promote the growth and yield of Paeonia suffruticosa var.sponanea.The results will provide important reference and scientific basis for the cultivation and management of field dwarf peony and the breeding of new oil peony lines.
